GOSHH Ireland is a company Limited by Guarantee (CLG), not having a share capital. It is a registered charity, CHY11363 which has tax exemption and is registered with the Companies Registry Office (CRO), No 237659.
GOSHH is registered with the Irish Charities Regulator, No 20030957 GOSHH has a Board of Directors, who exercise control over, and have legal responsibility for the charity. Members of the Board serve on a voluntary basis and receive no remuneration.
In 2023, the Board reviewed and updated the Charities Governance Code Compliance Record.

GOSHH adheres to best practice in relation to Child Safeguarding Policies as contained in Children First Act, 2015 and Children First National Guidelines 2017. We are compliant with statutory requirements of National Vetting Bureau (NVB)
GOSHH received no political contributions in 2023. We are compliant with the Regulation of Lobbying Act, 2015 and the Lobbying Amendment Act, 2023 in recording all activity with Designated Public Officials (DPOs).
We are compliant with sections 281-285 of the Companies Act 2015 in our obligation to maintain adequate accounting records and our Auditor is Glenn Copley as appointed pursuant to S 383(2) at the last AGM held in September 2023.
