Community development and outreach informs much of the work carried out by GOSHH. We focus on the promotion of equality and well-being for all, with a positive and respectful approach to sexual orientation and gender identity and sexual health. GOSHH increases public awareness and acceptance of issues related to sexual health, gender, and orientation through education and training, social media campaigns, and working to reduce isolation for those affected by stigma or other barriers. GOSHH operates a person-led approach to our service, the services that we provide, and how these services are delivered are directly influenced by the communities we serve.
GOSHH is committed to working to meet the unmet needs of under-served groups. GOSHH
understands that marginalised communities can have difficulty in accessing vital services and so
GOSHH works to bridge the gap between these communities and accessing these services.
