GOSHH is committed to creating spaces that are safe and welcoming for members of the LGBTI+ Community. One of the ways that we foster this environment is through our social groups.
GOSHH offers a range of social groups and activities where members of the community can meet over shared interests. The groups have proven to be a huge success and allow members to be their authenticate selves in a friendly environment. Please read about all of the social groups that GOSHH currently has to offer.
Coffee Meet-Up
The GOSHH coffee meetups are a monthly event where members of the LGBTI+ community can come together in a friendly and welcoming environment. It’s a great opportunity to socialize, connect, and meet new friends. Our meetups are open to anyone ages 18+. GOSHH Book Club
The GOSHH Book Club meet monthly to chat in an informal setting about books with LGBTI+ characters and/or themes, primarily by LGBTI+ authors. We also provide some copies of the book, which are available to borrow each month. The GOSHH Book Club is open to any new members Ages 18+. GOSHH Movie Meet-Up
Want to grab some popcorn and watch different LGBTI+ movies with GOSHH?
Why not join in on our movie meet-up? We will be showing a selection of different movies of all genres. Hollywood classic, indie flick, tragedy or comedy? You’ll have to turn up to find out!

In our 50+ Social Group, we come together to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space for individuals from the LGBTI+ community. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, share experiences, or participate in exciting activities, this is the perfect place for you! Join us and become part of an inclusive community at either our meetings in Limerick City or Ennis, where you can be your authentic self and celebrate diversity in all its forms. Young Adults Group
The Young Adults group was formed in 2022 from the desire of young people who wanted to still be part of a social group once they turned 18. The Young Adults group also offers a safe space for young adults ages 18-24 to meet, socialise and to enjoy different activities. Young Adult Book Club
During Limerick Pride Week 2025 GOSHH launched their new Young Adult Book Club. This club is a safe space for young people ages 15-17 to come together and meet new friends while chatting about books covering different LGBTI+ characters and stories.
