Our Helpline is operated by trained staff and volunteers who will answer any questions on issues including Gender, Sexual orientation, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI’s), HIV and Sexual Health, or will refer you to the relevant agency in total confidence. Helpline hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 5, and Wednesdays, 11 to 5.
